My interest for sculpture started in my childhood, from the moment that my interest arouse on seeing the intriguing forms created by my father and sculptor Eder Carrielo (in memory), observing him transform stones, wires, clay or wood into sculpture. The action of molding was spontaneous when I got into contact with clay already an adult in college. After, research and exchange of materials began to form part of my search process.
I have as reference in the construction of my work, a research of materials from Iole de Freitas and the contained form of Giacometti.
